We departed from the original all-Flash architecture in favor of a more indexable, manageable, HTML/CSS based site, and added back some photo cycling and image gallery features using the powerful jQuery library. The result is a stunning new design and streamlined site.

challenges: Atria is an elegant restaurant in midtown Manhattan, located just across from the Museum of Modern Art. Atria came to us for logo design and to conceive and construct a brand new website that captured the restaurant's stylish interior, excellent cuisine and friendly, professional service. We developed both Flash and HTML-only sites and by using judicious amounts of lightweight javascript, we were able to replicate many of the Flash animated features for non-Flash end users. Update: we're sorry to add that Atria is no longer in business and their website is no longer viewable publicly.

The result was a successful collaboration which produced a slick self-administrated Flash-based website where the client is able to instantly update content for menus and wine lists through a web-based control panel.

challenges: This site design was brought to us by the client with the request to transform the flat Photoshop mockups into a living, animated Flash-based site with owner self-administration. We designed the administrative control panel with PHP/MySQL to publish XML for parsing by the Flash component, the result: a Flash-based site that can be quickly updated through a simple control panel.
